This data is collected automatically through Meta’s infrastructure and is accessible to us via the WhatsApp Business API in accordance with Meta’s platform policies.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following clearly defined and limited purposes:

• Automated Assistance: To provide automated responses and guidance to current and prospective users

• Service Optimization: To improve the relevance, accuracy, and clarity of responses and enhance overall user experience

Your data is stored within Meta’s platform infrastructure and not hosted directly by Universus.

• Access Controls: Data access is strictly controlled and managed by Meta’s authentication systems.

• Security Reviews: Regular security audits and infrastructure assessments are conducted at the platform level by Meta to ensure continuous compliance and mitigation of vulnerabilities.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Universus does not share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose any user data to third parties, except for the platform provider Meta, which acts as the intermediary hosting provider. All data interactions occur within Meta’s infrastructure under Meta’s platform-specific privacy and security terms.

We do not use any independent tracking technologies. Any cookies or session tracking mechanisms are exclusively implemented by Meta as part of their WhatsApp infrastructure.
